Craft Challange | Artfully Sent Cricut Cards

If you're not following me on facebook you may have missed that I'm doing a craft challenge this week. I committed to creating something everyday this week. So far so good. Here is a run down of what I have made this week... it's a good mix of paper crafting and a little dress making! ;)

Monday, I made Londyn's dress for her 2nd birthday pics (which we took today). Here is how it turned out...

She looks like a little princess in it. :)

Tuesday, I worked on a card that uses the Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge (picture/info below).

Wednesday, I finished the headband to match Londyn's dress....

And today I made another card using the NEW Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge. Before I share these cards I want to mention that yes, I do have the Artfully Sent Cricut Collection (somewhere around here... it's MIA) since I was a presenter at Convention. However, I can't even use it right now. I was loaned a Cricut Expression 2 machine to use to create my projects for convention but I had to give that machine back. I have the new Cricut Explore machine (love it!) but since the NEW Artfully Sent cartridge is not yet released (will be in sometime August) I am unable to use it with the Cricut Explore since it's all run through Design Space Online. Once the cartridge is released in August I will be able to use it (once I buy the cartridge... mine is just a prototype) with the Explore but not anytime before then.

So you're probably wondering how I was able to make these cards, right? I used the precut Cricut pieces all consultants in attendance received at the Close To My Heart Convention for our Creative Sessions. I always end up chit chatting with my team and friends during the Creative Sessions and never get anything accomplished. Therefore I end up with the goodies to play with at home. :)

This Hello Sunshine Card that I made today using the cuts from the Close To My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut Collection was easy peasy to put together. I already had the precut kraft cardstock and the canary yellow cardstock. So I simply cut 2 strips of cardstock (new colors: glacier & thistle) to put behind the Hello Sunshine window part, then added some Gold Shimmer Trim and new the Gold Sequence. Literally took just a few minute to make.

I'm serious... you all NEED this cartridge. It's pure awesomeness!!! I included some photo steps below on the right side...

And this Pop Up Balloon card is the one I made on Tuesday using the precut Cricut pieces we received at CTMH Convention and the Happy Birds Stamp Set.

Interested in learning more about the new Artfully Sent Cricut Collection from Close To My Heart?! It's not available until some time in August but I have a Referral Program Interest List going on that you don't want to miss. You can get all the details HERE or click on the photo below...

Just a reminder all orders of $75 or more placed this month at will receive the NEW Annual Inspirations Idea Book for FREE from me.
