Today is day four of the #projectaday challenge. It's time to make something for your home.

Here is the Valentine's Burlap Wreath I made for our front door.

Some of you may recognize this wreath. I made the original a while back and shared video tutorials on how to create the flowers HERE. I've had it up on my door for a while without the LOVE sign and no hearts but I wanted to jazz it up for Valentine's Day so I used some CTMH Burlap Ribbon, the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge, Cranberry Cardstock, Natural Hemp and went to work. I cut strips of the burlap and added the banner ends by folding the ribbon in half and cutting diagonally to the corner. Then I cut the LOVE at 1 1/2" and added some Rhinestone Sparkles. I adhered the letters to the burlap by using 3D foam tape. Once the strips were done I took some CTMH Natural Hemp and weaved it through the burlap and tied it to the wreath on the back side. Lastly I cut some hearts (size 1" and 1 1/2") and added them to the flowers with 3D tape. I placed the hearts in areas I could easily remove so that I can use this wreath again for a different holiday or go back to the non holiday version I started with.

Here are some more pics to give you a closer look... {*Click pics to view larger}

So how are you doing on the challenge? So far so good, I hope.
