Home Decor Ball using the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge | {Giveaway Announcement}Category: My Crafty Projects | Permalink Published: Sunday, October 02, 2011 Ever wonder what you should do with your extra scrap paper? How about use it to make a Home Decor Ball like this one?!? I used scraps from the Close To My Heart Mischief paper pack and cut 3/4" circles using the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. I adhered them to a 3" Styrofoam ball and tada!!! Now I have a fun Fall/Halloween decor ball to add to my table. I can't wait to start working on some Christmas ones. You could even make them into an ornament by just adding a ribbon to the top. Can I just say for the millionth time how much I love the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge? When you think about it the cost of the Art Philosophy Cricut Collection is SO minimal and let me tell you why I think that. Think about all the shapes on this fabulous cartridge (700 of them)... now for example lets just focus on 1 shape: a circle. I have several circle punches that I have purchased over time (prior to the AP cartridge). I have a Stampin Up 2" circle punch which cost $16.95, also a 1 1/4" which cost $15.95 and several other sizes. I probably have 5 circle punches. Now lets do the math... 5 CIRCLE punches is approx $80. WHAT?!? $80 for FIVE sizes of circles. That's crazy! Now why would anyone think the Art Philosophy Cricut Collection is too pricey when 5 sizes of circles is going to cost you around $80 but you could get 700 different images and cut them from sizes 1/4" to 23 1/2" on an Expression. It's a no brainer that if you don't have this cartridge yet you NEED it! Order it today! On to some really EXCITING NEWS.... I am doing another GIVEAWAY!!! This time it is for $150 in Close To My Heart Products. Yep, you read correctly One Hundred Fifty Dollars in CTMH Products from me! You'll be able to pick whatever you'd like. You could even get the Art Philosophy Cricut Collection and still have $50 left over to shop for fab products. Now head on over to my Giveaways page to enter, CLICK HERE!
