CTMH Sonoma Birthday Card | Cricut Collection

Here is the card I made using the new Close To My Heart Sonoma Paper pack along with the MUST HAVE Art Philosophy Cricut Collection. I actually used the stamp set, dimensional elements and the cartridge that come with the collection to make this.

If you use the CTMH Wishes Card Confidence Book then this design probably looks familiar to you since it is on the cover. =) I wanted to create something using the Dimensional Element tags and thought this would be the perfect design. I'm loving the thickness of the tag.... I know it's hard to tell in the photo but I used the chipboard tag and also layered it by cutting the coordinating tag on the Cricut Cartridge.

I had so much fun with this cupcake... it's super blingy! Does it look yummy? I used Glitz to give it lots of shimmer... also hard to capture in the photo but it's way sparkly. Let me just tell you how easy it was to do this cupcake... literally I pushed the shift then cupcake button, cut out my base, stamped it with the coordinating set from the Cricut Collection, then cut the layer of the cupcake to get the wrapper, inked it up and ta-da! I probably would still be in my craft room cutting away if it wasn't for that awesome cartridge. I've always been a Cricut lover but never as much as I am now. I think because I had never come across a cartridge that literally has everything I need (700 images). Check out my video to see the images if you haven't already, click here! As you can see I decided not to add a sentiment to the front of the card since I thought it would be a little overkill with so much going on. Although I added "Happy Birthday" to the inside of the card by using the stamp set in the collection. =)
