CTMH Roxie Scrapbook Layout

Check out this scrapbook layout I made using Roxie. It's my favorite new paper pack from the 2011 Autumn/Winter Close To My Heart Idea Books. I love the mixture of the colors Smoothie, Tulip, Desert Sand and Black. I know this paper pack seems girlie but it also remind love and for me it was the perfect paper pack to use for this picture of my husband from our wedding night. I also jumped way ahead and used a stamp from the December 2012 Stamp of the Month, Mad About You. I just loved the sentiment "Over the Moon in Love With You" and had to use it. For the flowers I used Kraft paper and made them exactly like I did for my Eco-Friendly Flower tutorial, just without a grocery bag and in the center I used the Filigree Charms. To view that tutorial I did, click here. For the little flower I punched 4 scalloped circles (2") using the B&T paper. It's the smoothie one with the plaid on the back. I flipped every other one and created a cute little flower that coordinates with the paper perfectly.

If you look closely on the right you'll see another new product... Foundry Pin Clips. They are so fun! I cut out 3 hearts using my cricut, sponged the edges and then stuck them in the new CTMH Foundry Pin Clips and viola! I'm so excited about this embellishment pack because you can do SO much with them. They are perfect for cards too!
