Fox Theme Sip & See Party

Over the weekend we had a Sip & See Party to welcome baby Fox. He's 3 weeks old already (pic of our little cutie is below). We had such a wonderful time celebrating with friends & family and introducing them to our little man.

Since his name is Fox Kingston, I, of course had to have his party Fox theme. Even down to the food. I wanted to share all the decorations that I made, the stations we had set up and the food that was served. I had a lot of fun putting it all together... hope you like it and can maybe take some ideas for your next woodland theme party...

I purchased the wood serving trays and bowls from Ikea. I don't think the tray is typically used as a serving tray but that is what I used it for. :) The burlap table runner was ordered off of Amazon.
The food pictured here is the "Tree Stumps", which were simply turkey and swiss rollers that I purchased from Costco. I certainly didn't have time to make those on my own. ;) "Lil Smokies", which were little sausages that I put in the crockpot with BBQ sauce and jelly. They turned out delicious. And in the bowl is "Forest Trees", which was a broccoli salad.

The food pictured here is "Rabbit Food", which is little 9oz plastic cups filled with homemade ranch with celery sticks and carrots. The "Wild Berries", which cut up fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries and blueberries) placed inside waffle cones. And "Garden Delight", which is a corn salad with avocado, tomatoes, cheese, lemon juice and a few other goodies.

This desserts pictured here are "Sweet Fox", which are fox cookies I had made to match the cute little fox on all the décor and party invitations. "Twigs", which are Vanilla Wafers.

More yummy desserts... "S'more Bites", which are marshmallows that I dipped in chocolate and rolled in crushed graham crackers. Then placed in the fridge to harden up and put on sticks. The display is just a rectangle piece of floral foam that I covered in burlap. And there are "Dirt Cups", which are 9oz plastic cups filled with chocolate pudding, crushed oreos and gummy worms.

Here is the Wine Station... it's hard to see but there are mini clear plastic wine glasses that I had ordered off Amazon. We had a ton of wine (not all pictured) but surprisingly more people went for the beer, sodas, juice and water that was outside.

A Hand Sanitizing Station is a must have area if you're having a Sip & See Party where people will be holding or touching your newborn baby. I actually think it's great for all parties. Who wouldn't want everyone having clean hands. :)

The Name Tag Station was great since we had a ton of friends and family there and not everyone knew each other.

If there are kids at your party you need things for the kids to do. Although we had a jumpy outside for them I wanted something they could do inside the house as well so I found these cute Fox pictures online and printed several copies to have out along with cups of crayons so the kids could color. It was so cute to see them all enjoying this. Some kids even colored there pics for baby Fox.

Here is the Baby Fox banner I made and a sign telling people that drinks (beer, soda, juice and water) were outside and wine was inside.

These are the little favors I put together... it was clear baggies filled with 2 graham crackers, 2 hersheys chocolate bars and 2 marshmallows for s'mores.  All goodies that are yummy to eat even if you're not next to a camp fire. ;) The tag reads "Thanks for making Fox's Sip & See Party S'MORE fun!"

And here is our reason to celebrate... Fox Kingston Leahy (3 weeks old)..
